He didn’t go up on the roof as I was told you were going to do. Had to remind him to reprogram the remote and then he said he couldn’t do it. All in all terribly disappointing.

The tech was new and admitted he missed some things and still "green" after having to come for a follow up visit because the fireplace was not functioning as it should have after he cleared it for use.  I have called a couple of times since then to get someone to address my concerns. The phone attendants are polite and empathetic and assured me the general manager would get in contact with me. Still waiting. Considering the high review ratings, I expected quality service. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
