 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to clean up after he was done with each fireplace. Soot was on the bricks and rocks were in the cracks. He didn’t go up on the roof as I was told you were going to do. Had to remind him to reprogram the remote and then he said he couldn’t do it. All in all terribly disappointing.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I scheduled a chimney inspection and cleaning. Long story short, I did not get what I actually paid for. The tech was new and admitted he missed some things and still "green" after having to come for a follow up visit because the fireplace was not functioning as it should have after he cleared it for use.  I have called a couple of times since then to get someone to address my concerns. The phone attendants are polite and empathetic and assured me the general manager would get in contact with me. Still waiting. Considering the high review ratings, I expected quality service. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
